Finance Systems Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong technical background to work closely with our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.

• Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.

• Manage finance system–related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.

• Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

• Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.

• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation)

• Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).

• Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.

• Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.

• Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.

• Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting
