Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end
Order to Cash (O2C)
processes.
Ensure accurate and timely
Revenue Recognition
in compliance with accounting standards.
Lead and monitor the
Accounts Receivable (AR)
function, including billing, collections, and dispute management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve cash flow.
Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior management.
Mentor and guide junior finance team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
7 years
of experience in Finance Operations.
Strong hands-on experience in
Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, and Accounts Receivable
is
mandatory
.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
