Finance Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Operations professional to join our fast-paced fintech team. This role is key to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations, including payment processing, reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance. You’ll play a crucial role in scaling our financial infrastructure to support growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payment processing, and fund transfers.
• Perform daily and monthly bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Monitor and improve cash flow processes, fund movement, and settlement cycles.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Leverage fintech tools and automation platforms to streamline finance workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a fintech or high-growth tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, payment gateways, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
