Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning and activities, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Tasks include monitoring financial performance, maintaining financial records, and providing financial insights to the management team to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Experience with Financial Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Record-Keeping
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong Communication and Team Collaboration Skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the dairy or agricultural industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
