Finance Manager

As a Financial Management professional, your main responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. You will be tasked with developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, as well as monitoring financial performance to identify areas for improvement. In terms of Accounting & Reporting, you will need to ensure timely and accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity in compliance with accounting standards. It will also be your responsibility to maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions. Internal Controls & Compliance will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will develop and implement financial policies and internal control systems. Compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial regulations will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to all financial regulations. Team Management will also be a key part of your job, involving the supervision and support of the finance and accounts team. Providing training and development opportunities to ensure high performance and continuous improvement within the team will be important.
