Key Responsibilities:

Telecom Domain Expertise:

Understand telecom processes and workflows, including billing and invoicing cycles.
Manage and validate purchase orders and related documentation.

Financial Operations & Governance:

Handle
Statements of Account
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial governance policies.
Support
P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
and
Credit Governance
processes.
Drive and track
Accounts Receivable (AR)
activities to ensure timely collections and reporting.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Maintain and update trackers for AR and other financial metrics.

Tools & Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and
PowerPoint
for business presentations.
Ability to work with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP knowledge is a plus).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in German Read, Write, Speak (mandatory).
Knowledge of
telecom industry processes

Strong understanding of
billing, invoicing, purchase orders

financial governance

Hands-on experience in
Accounts Receivable management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Any bachelor's degree & Any PG
