Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Designing and deploying incremental AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
Supporting and optimizing AWS-hosted applications with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for monitoring and observability tools including Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and Prisma Cloud.
Collaborating with development and operations teams to improve visibility into application performance and infrastructure health.
Implementing best practices for alerting, logging, and distributed tracing.
Integrating observability tools with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services.
Providing guidance on incident response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Driving continuous improvement in monitoring coverage and observability maturity.

Skill Requirements

Proven experience in AWS infrastructure and Terraform-based deployments.
Strong background in observability and monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace.
Ability to bridge the gap between infrastructure and application performance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
