Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities of the group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and ensuring sound fiscal management across all entities under Fezco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the overall financial operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure statutory compliance with taxation, audit, and accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and cost control.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
• Develop internal control policies and streamline accounting processes.
• Support management in financial decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• M.Com in Finance or Accounting (CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in managing finances for multi-entity organizations will be an advantage.
