Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports.
3. Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation effectively.
4. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, and other compliances.
5. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.
6. Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes.
7. Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to maintain data integrity.
8. Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.
9. Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
4. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
