Independently manage banking limit approvals and renewals, as well as compliances

Establish proactive coordination with national and private banks. • Proficiently handle trade finance instruments, i.e. letters of credit (LC), standby letter of credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), Buyers Credit, etc.

Prepare comprehensive CMA Data and financial projections.

Create term sheets for various financial institutions and private institutional parties, including commercial contract & trade structuring. Responsible for the finance planning & cash flow management, accordingly, develops financial strategy for the purpose of managing the financial and physical capital.

Supervise all due diligence of financial information, understand and mitigate key elements of the organizations risk profile, construct and monitor reliable control systems.

Develop and implement best practices and tools for a flexible financial organization.

Implement Financial Information Systems (FIS) and conduct profitability analysis.

Required Profile

Good experience in managing Finance & Treasury function

Excellent Communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills

Good at analytics, strategy planning and decision-making skills
