1) To prepare bar bending Schedule beforehand and prepare requirement of steel stage wise.
2) To record initial levels before doing PCC for footings.
3) To check PCC for footings.
4) To check footing position as per center line drawing and check reinforcement and dimensions of footing and give clearance for concreting.
5) To guide supervisors to follow proper concreting procedure.
6) To plan concrete sampling criteria and ensure proper sample have been taken and tested in time & maintain all test records.
7) To check all form works, reinforcement steel and inform structural consultants in advance for verification and certification of reinforcement.
8) To check and ensure all conducting works done, inserts placed in position if any before giving clearance for concreting.
9) To check actual quantities of RCC work done, reconcile cement actual & theoretical consumption of Cement.
10) To work out quantities of works and to proper material requirement in advance for placing indents and to follow up till the materials received.
11) To check Brick work layout as per working drawings
12) To plan plastering activities and check the plaster work.
13) To prepare / submit labor contractors work done report
14) To maintain daily record of works.
