Senior Engineer - Civil

Dear Candidate,

We are actively looking for Senior Engineer - Civil for Mulund Location with Min 8 Yrs Relevant Experience.

Key Responsibilities :

The major tasks to be carried out by the Execution Engineer shall include but not be limited to the following ;

1. Daily Supervision of works.

2. Keep proper records of the Contractors' activities and work progress

3. Ensure that the respective Contractor(s) are properly administered

4. Assist the PM with the review of the Contractors' Work Program and scheme for

the deployment of plant, equipment and machinery

5. Strictly monitor the progress of work for timely completion of the project

6. Supervision, scrutiny, approving the final setting out by the Contractor.

7. Assisting the PM with updating drawings, setting up quantity and quality control

procedures and review of contractors' method of construction

8. Monitoring Contractors' operations including adherence to safety and environmental

requirements

9. Assisting site engineers for issuing site instructions

10. Assisting the PM with the preparation of Variation orders

11. Maintaining a record set of working drawings

12. Maintaining construction records

13. Assisting the site Engineers for recording of Measurements of completed works

14. Assisting the PM with the evaluation of Contractors' Claims

15. Quality control of works; inspection of works, acceptance and rejection of the completed works

16. Verification of Contractors' monthly bills of the completed works.

17. Progress monitoring

18. Conducting and keeping record of minutes of the weekly site meetings

19. Final inspection of works

20. Verification of Contractors' Statements at completion

21. Compilation and verification of As-Built Drawings"; and

22. Any other works related to the project given by Client

The Execution Engineer will assist the PM in identifying the possible reasons for delays and possible mitigative measures.

Experiece : Min 8 yrs Relevant Experience

Education : B.E./B.Tech(Civil)
