Job Description

Job Summary:

Sr. Manager – F&A


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function of the hospital
  • Ensure accurate and timely finalization of the Balance Sheet
  • Oversee statutory compliance including

    GST, TDS

    , and other tax-related matters
  • Monitor internal controls, financial reporting systems, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management review
  • Support strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement


Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

    or

    CA Intern

    with strong hands-on experience
  • In-depth knowledge of

    GST

    ,

    TDS

    , accounting principles, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of hospital finance operations will be an added advantage
