We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST, TDS and will play a key role in supporting the preparation of financial reports

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (tally entries, ledgers, vouchers, etc.
• Preparation and Finalization of MIS, TDS and GST liabilities and related filings.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payments and client collections.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor & customer reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements/report
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances including returns filing
• Support in internal and external audits by providing necessary data
• Monitor day-to-day cash flow and petty cash management
• Ensure timely invoicing, credit control and follow-up with vendors/clients for payments
• Monitor transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices
• Maintain and update financial databases, records, and reports

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com)
• Proven work experience as Accounts Executive, Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
