Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing:

  Review and process incoming invoices,ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to verify proper authorization and documentation.

• Account Reconciliation:

  Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances.

• Reporting:

  Generate reports on accounts payable activities, such as aging reports and cash flow projections. Provide regular updates to management on payables status.

• Compliance:

  Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to accounts payable. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Participate in projects to streamline accounts payable processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. MBA – Finance.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
4. Basic knowledge of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
