Finance Intern

Role Overview: In this role, you will play a crucial part in the finance operations team, focusing on tasks such as extracting financial reports, conducting analysis, and participating in budgeting and forecasting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly MIS and financial reports. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely collection of data for reporting requirements. - Update and distribute internal reports on a daily basis. - Regularly reconcile books and reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve any discrepancies. - Provide support in delivering precise and timely information in response to investor requests. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is mandatory. - Pursuing a Master's degree or possessing relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CFA) and/or having some experience in finance or FP&A will be advantageous. - Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards is essential. - Must have the ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required. - Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
