As an Accounts & Finance Intern at Truein, a fast-growing B2B SaaS product company in Baner, Pune, your role will be pivotal in contributing to the financial success of the organization. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to bringing transparency and controls in the time & attendance process using face recognition and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to resolve outstanding issues and ensure a healthy cash flow. - Serve as the point of contact for organizational relations with financial institutions, particularly Banks. - Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required by the management. Qualifications Required: - Freshers/ Internship experience in Finance preferably in a startup or tech environment. - MBA Finance/ Inter CA/ M.Com or exceptional Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Natural negotiator with an in-built talent for the hustle and always trying to take an extra penny from the table. - Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes. - Proficiency in using financial tools and software (Quickbooks, BI tools, etc.). - Sound knowledge of excel, google sheets, and docs. - Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good to have: - MBA - Finance would be preferred. - Experience working with an early-stage SaaS start-up is a huge advantage. - Advanced knowledge of accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national/international regulations.
