This opportunity is open exclusively to MBA second-year students in Finance from premium B-schools You’ll work closely with our leadership team and finance team to learn how funds are structured, how investments flow, perform financial analysis, and track returns. 

What You’ll be doing:

1. Research venture capital fund structures, performance benchmarks, and industry best practices.

2. Assist in updating and improving Excel-based financial trackers, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tools.

3. Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal reviews and leadership presentations. 4. Develop an understanding of GP/LP structures, carried interest, hurdle rates, and profit-sharing mechanisms within a venture fund.

5. Help prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations for internal and investor use.

Who We’re Looking For:

• MBA second-year students in Finance from premium B-schools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid foundation in Excel and financial concepts.

• Enthusiasm for startups, venture building, and learning by doing.
