Role Overview We are seeking a Finance Intern to support day-to-day financial operations at Mechinex. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in financial management within a high-growth technology and manufacturing company. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and invoices Assist in GST filing, TDS, and regulatory compliance Manage accounts payable and receivable Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and transactions Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports under supervision Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles Familiarity with Zoho Books, or other accounting software is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines What We Offer Certificate upon completion Exposure to real-world finance operations in a technology company Mentorship from senior team members Hybrid work flexibility Possibility of a full-time role based on performance Show more Show less
