Finance Intern – 2-Month Internship (Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000)

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Eligibility: College Pursuing Students / Fresh Graduates / Candidates with basic experience

About the Internship

We are looking for a Finance Intern who is passionate about finance, analytics, and documentation. The ideal candidate must be strong in Microsoft Excel, familiar with finance-related AI tools, and willing to support daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day finance activities and administrative financial operations.
• Prepare and update financial year statements, financial planning sheets, and expense & outcome sheets.
• Maintain and analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Work with AI-based finance software for reporting and data automation.
• Perform GST checking, invoice verification, and reconciliation of payments.
• Support the team in fund offer & funding verification processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly / annual finance reports.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and systematic documentation of all finance records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BSc Finance, MBA Interns, or any Commerce/Finance-related degree).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel – formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, GST, invoices, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of AI finance tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to learn quickly, analyse data, and work in a structured manner.
• Good communication, discipline, and time-management skills.
