Finance Intern

Role Overview: In this role, you will play a crucial part in finance operations, focusing on tasks such as extracting financial reports, conducting analysis, and participating in budgeting and forecasting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing monthly MIS and reports accurately reflecting financial results. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely collection of data for reporting needs. - Update and circulate daily internal reports promptly. - Regularly reconcile books and reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve discrepancies. - Support in delivering accurate and timely information in response to investor requests. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is mandatory. - Pursuing a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CFA) and/or some experience in finance or FP&A will be advantageous. - Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards is necessary. - Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses. - Sound analytical and quantitative skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
