Role Description

• Support daily accounting & finance operations
• Work on

  Tally

  for entries and financial data
• Perform

  bank, vendor & internal reconciliations

• Prepare and maintain financial statements
• Assist with month-end closing
• Manage invoices and documentation
• Use

  Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Functions) for data analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of financial concepts, budgeting, and cost management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software
• Analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Jaipur
• Enthusiasm for learning and interest in the food and beverage industry
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of

  accounting & reconciliation

• Practical, hands-on experience in

  Excel

• Working knowledge of

  Tally

• Detail-oriented and disciplined
• Someone eager to learn and grow with the team
