Full Time
A)Financial Control & Accounting Oversee books of accounts for all entities and projects in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax laws. Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Maintain project-wise and entity-wise P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and governance frameworks.
B)Real Estate Project Finance & Cost Control Monitor project budgets, construction costs, overheads, and cost-to-complete. Track project margins and profitability against approved business plans. Ensure RERA-compliant fund utilisation through designated project accounts. Identify cost overruns early and recommend corrective actions.
C)Cash Flow & Treasury Management Prepare rolling 13-week, quarterly, and annual cash-flow forecasts. Monitor inflows from customers, channel partners, and financiers. Optimise working capital, receivables, and vendor payment cycles. Support CFO in treasury strategy and liquidity planning.
D) Investor Sourcing, Funding & Capital Raise Support
1)Investor Identification & Engagement Identify and evaluate potential funding sources including: Private Equity funds Family Offices & HNIs NBFCs & Structured Debt Provider Strategic / JV partners Build and maintain an active investor database aligned to project profiles. Coordinate investor meetings, discussions, and data sharing under CFO guidance
2)Investment Readiness & Financial Packaging Prepare investor-ready financial models, including: Project cash flows IRR, equity multiples, and sensitivity analysis Funding requirement and utilisation plans Support creation of Information Memorandums (IMs), pitch decks, and data rooms. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and credibility of financial information.
3) Due Diligence & Deal Support Act as primary finance SPOC during investor and lender due diligence. Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Sales, and external advisors. Ensure timely submission of financial, tax, RERA, and project data. Support CFO with financial analysis for deal structuring and negotiations.
4)Post-Funding Monitoring & Reporting Track fund drawdowns and utilisation as per agreed terms. Ensure compliance with investor covenants and reporting requirements.
E)Banking Relations & Lender Management Act as the primary finance SPOC for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Manage relationships for: Construction finance Project loans Working capital facilities Escrow and RERA-designated accounts Prepare and submit CMA data, cash-flow statements, and project reports. Coordinate loan sanctions, documentation, disbursements, and repayments. Monitor compliance with loan covenants, CPs & CSs. Support refinancing, interest rate renegotiation, and facility optimisation. Manage lender reporting, audits, and inspections with zero adverse remarks.
F)Statutory Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, RERA, and Companies Act. Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and lender audits. Close audit observations within defined timelines. Maintain audit-ready documentation and records.
G) MIS, Reporting & Governance Prepare robust MIS dashboards covering: Project profitability Cash flow Funding & banking status Compliance metrics Provide decision-support analytics to CFO and leadership. Support board, lender, and investor reporting requirements.
Experience in -
1. Real Estate Accounting & Project Finance Expertise in real estate specific accounting and project finance. Accurate project costing, margin tracking, cash-flow linkage.
2. Investor & Funding Management Ability to support capital raise and investor management. Investor-ready models, smooth diligence, compliant reporting.
3.Banking & Lender Management Managing project finance and working capital facilities. Timely disbursements, covenant compliance, optimised cost of funds.
4 Statutory, Tax & RERA Compliance Strong command over Indian regulatory frameworks. Timely filings, zero notices, clean compliance record.
5. Financial Reporting & MIS Delivering actionable financial insight
C A (Highly Preferred)/MBA/PGDM from a reputed university.
Experience Level 10-15+ years in finance and accounts Industry Preference Real Estate / Infrastructure/Manufacturing Additional Certifications Diploma/Certification in Real estate finance or Project Finance
