Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end
finance & accounts operations
, including finalization of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Handle
direct & indirect taxation
, statutory compliances, and regulatory filings
Manage
budgeting, MIS reporting, variance analysis
, and cost control
Lead and mentor a finance team (710 members)
Coordinate with
statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors
Ensure strong
internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Work closely with senior management on financial planning and decision-making

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong exposure to
manufacturing industry finance
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive process improvements
