What you’ll be doing:

✔ Post and process journal entries to record day-to-day business transactions.

✔ Manage accounts receivable and payable – issue invoices, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.

✔ Support invoice processing, expense reviews, and compliance reporting.

✔ Assist in audits and monthly/annual closing activities.

✔ Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.

✔ Compile reports, update ledgers, and manage petty cash as needed.

✔ Prepare E-waybills and reconcile E-invoices with the sales ledger.

✔ Freshers with finance/accounting background.

✔ Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

✔ Comfortable using spreadsheets and accounting tools.

✔ Team player, eager to learn.

✔ Tamil speaking candidates are preferred.
