Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Financial Reporting:

  Prepare and analyse financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Present financial reports (MIS) to management for review.

• Tax Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation and file tax returns such as GST, TDS, and Income tax on monthly/quarterly basis.

• Financial Analysis:

  Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations to management based on analysis findings.

• Payroll Processing:

  Oversee payroll processing activities including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.

• Internal Controls:

  Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Vendor Management:

  Manage vendor relationships including invoicing, payments, and resolving discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zohobooks or QuickBooks.
• Understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
