About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the complete finance and accounts function across the company. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting, taxation, banking, and financial reporting, along with working knowledge of export documentation, logistics-related payments, and compliance. This is a key position for a growing organization requiring ownership, accuracy, and the ability to support both strategic and operational finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Finance & Accounting

  • Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally / Zoho / ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and client billing.
  • Process payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and income tax filings with all required supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and cost optimization reports.

2. Export Finance & Banking Operations

  • Handle export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bank forms.
  • Manage banking transactions related to LCs (Letters of Credit), inward remittances, and forex payments.
  • Track and reconcile logistics, freight, and customs-related payments.
  • Support the filing and follow-up of export incentives (RoDTEP, MEIS, etc.) through DGFT portals.
  • Maintain records for export realization, EDPMS entries, and foreign exchange compliance.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of all export billing and documentation in coordination with the logistics and warehouse teams.

3. Taxation, Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and FEMA regulations applicable to export and service sectors.
  • Maintain and monitor vendor tax records and ensure proper input credits are availed.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules, bank reconciliations, and compliance reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks for finance and compliance-related matters.
  • Implement internal controls and approval systems for financial transactions.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 to 7 years in Accounting, Taxation, and Export Finance.
  • Strong working knowledge of:

1. Tally / Zoho Books / ERP Accounting Systems

2. GST, TDS, Income Tax Filings

3. Bank Reconciliation & LC Processing

4. Export Documentation & EDPMS Management

5. Freight, Logistics, and Vendor Payment Handling

  • Knowledge of RoDTEP / MEIS / DGFT procedures is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments (Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics).
  • Analytical mindset, integrity, and ability to work independently.
