Profile Summary

Financial Controller

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 

  3 years

   as a Financial Controller / Senior Accountant / Finance Executive in a startup or high-growth SME
• Strong command over 

  financial reporting, MIS, and compliance

• Expertise in 

  sales & purchase management

  , billing, vendor management, and collections
• Solid understanding of 

  inventory and stock management

  , costing, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in 

  Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks

  , or similar ERP tools
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly
• Experience in setting up or upgrading financial processes in lean teams
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across functions
• Degree in 

  Finance, Accounting, Commerce

  , or related field (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)
