Profile Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment . The ideal candidate is a strong financial strategist who can take full ownership of accounting operations, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls—while comfortably navigating the fluidity, speed, and ambiguity of early-stage and growth-stage companies. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years as a Financial Controller / Senior Accountant / Finance Executive in a startup or high-growth SME Strong command over financial reporting, MIS, and compliance Expertise in sales & purchase management , billing, vendor management, and collections Solid understanding of inventory and stock management , costing, and reconciliation Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks , or similar ERP tools Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly Experience in setting up or upgrading financial processes in lean teams Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across functions Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce , or related field (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory) Ideal Candidate You enjoy building financial systems from the ground up and can balance strategic financial insight with hands-on execution.
