Job Summary:

Leveza Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and trading of frozen and breaded food products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage daily accounting, cost control, and financial reporting activities. The role requires close coordination with production, purchase, and sales teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Record and maintain all accounting transactions including purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure timely vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date ledgers.

2. Inventory & Cost Management

• Work closely with the production and stores teams to track raw material consumption and finished goods stock.
• Verify material costing, wastage, and production variance for frozen and breaded products.
• Ensure accurate stock valuation, including cold storage and packing material costs.
• Support monthly stock reconciliation between production, stores, and accounts departments.

3. Financial Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports for management review, including sales, purchase, and cost analysis.
• Track receivables, payables, and cash flow position on a regular basis.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams for finance-related matters.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for invoice and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry (preferably frozen foods / breaded products).
• Proficiency in Tally Prime / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Excellent command of MS Excel and analytical tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Frozen Foods, Meat & Poultry Processing, Breaded / Coated Products, or FMCG Trading companies.
• Knowledge of cold storage accounting, production costing, and inventory control will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
