Job Description

RVCJ Digital Media Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support the finance operations across its group companies: The Logical Indian and Marketing Mind. Roles and Responsibilities: Enter and update accounting data in Tally Update and maintain financial spreadsheets for expense tracking, sales, and revenue reports. Manage and record petty cash transactions with proper documentation. Track and reconcile bank statements with accounting records. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners regarding payments. Ensure financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed. Requirements: Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially financial functions and spreadsheet creation. Strong command of English (both written and verbal communication). Working knowledge of Tally is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage. Show more Show less
