Job Summary

Iota Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of finance or accounting experience who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor weekly cash flow.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Provide administrative and financial support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
