Finance Executive - Healthtech Claim Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team, specializing in Health Insurance Claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing health insurance claims, reconciling payments, and preparing financial reports. Proficiency in Excel is a must, as the role requires significant data analysis, report generation, and the maintenance of accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and verify health insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure claims are submitted correctly and follow up on pending claims for timely resolution.
• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze claims data, prepare financial reports, and track claim trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data manipulation, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).
• Experience in handling health insurance claims, preferably in a finance or claims-related role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims and financial data.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies, billing procedures, and claims regulations.
• Ability to reconcile large datasets and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines efficiently.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of experience in a similar role, specifically with health insurance claims and financial analysis.
