Role : Assistant Manager – Controlling

Assistant Manager – Controlling

What You’ll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning for manufacturing

• Analyze production costs, variances & KPIs

• Perform cost accounting including BOMs, labor, overhead & materials

• Monitor inventory valuation, aging & write-offs

• Drive cost-saving initiatives with operations & supply chain

• Deliver detailed financial reports & margin analysis

• Ensure accurate financial closing & compliance

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals

• Support CapEx planning & ROI evaluations

• Contribute to ERP & finance process automation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Business

• Experience in financial controlling (manufacturing preferred)

• Strong grasp of cost accounting & operational finance

• ERP proficiency (SAP CO Module), Excel & PowerPoint

• Knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS preferred

• Analytical mindset & cross-functional communication skills

Bonus Skills:

• Power BI familiarity

• CMA or equivalent certification

• Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu
