Finance controller - startup ( Immediate Join)

EcomaxGo is a Govt of India backed startup and completed 8 years. we are Tax free startup. we are now also TPAP means UPI app so Gpay, Phone and us are the competitors. we are now building a very small team ( market condition) to take the product in the market and achieve success. This profile is basically for the person who can head the finance dept. Right from ivoicing to meet clients in some cases, and making sure the App revenues are inline with the vision. 1) Accounting 2) compliance 3) Fund raise 4) Team management 5) Financial data research 6) Launch in USA Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Research technical accounting issues for compliance Support month-end and year-end close process Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Additional controller duties as necessary Location is Vasant Vihar- South Delhi Exp 8 years This person must be good in planning, revenue forecast and fund raise. we do plan to raise equity funding after few months hence, we are looking for people with exp or the knowledge in that domain. Salary - salary will be in 2 stages 1) Pre fund raise which is 10 lacs + Bonus of Rs 6 Lacs after 5 months at the fund raise & 2) After the fund raise, we will offer a good package based on the market condition in range of 12 to 24 lacs Show more Show less
