A strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP, financial modeling, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is essential. You should have a proven track record in managing audits, compliance, and financial governance, along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
