Salary: ₹75,000 CTC per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Finance Controller* to join our team in Candolim, North Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, proven leadership abilities, and extensive experience working within Goa’s hospitality or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and company policies.

* Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

* Develop strategies to improve financial performance and business growth.

* Lead and mentor the accounts/finance team.

Requirements

• *Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience* (experience in Goa is mandatory).
• * Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and taxation.
• * Proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
• * Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• * Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
