About the Role

Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME)

This role requires applying advanced finance knowledge to review, validate, and enhance learning and assessment materials. The SME will ensure technical accuracy, conceptual clarity, and real-world applicability in finance content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Review & Validation

  : Critically review finance-related instructional and assessment materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry best practices.

• Subject Matter Expertise

  : Leverage professional experience in areas such as capital markets, valuation, risk management, M&A, and portfolio management to enhance content quality.

• Assessment Design

  : Collaborate on the creation and refinement of case-based questions, rubrics, and explanatory content tailored to real-world finance scenarios.

• Contextual Relevance

  : Apply knowledge of U.S. finance regulations and SEC filings to validate contextual accuracy.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with the content development team to deliver high-quality, impactful materials within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• CFA Charterholder (required).
• 8+ years of professional experience in financial institutions, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Proven expertise in capital markets, valuation, risk management, M&A, or related finance domains.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. finance regulations and SEC filing standards.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, applicable learning materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
