Role Overview

Finance & Business Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for healthcare programs and pilots.
• Monetization Strategy: Identify and structure revenue models, pricing strategies, and diverse income streams for healthcare and wellness offerings.
• Fundraising Support: Prepare financial documents for investors, accelerators, and funding agencies; support pitch readiness and due diligence.
• Business Operations: Oversee operational processes including vendor management, agreements, compliance, and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with hospitals, gyms, corporate partners, and investors to ensure financial and operational alignment.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with HR, product, and hospital solutions teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and pilots.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounts/Business (CA, CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong experience in financial operations, business planning, or fundraising support.
• Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or startup ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent skills in financial modeling, budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in an equity-only early-stage environment.
