Skill required: FBM Performance and Advisory & Corporate Functions Finance - Finance Strategy Designation: Finance Business Mgmt Assoc Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with Finance specialization Years of Experience: 10 to 14 years What would you do? The role primarily entails building deep expertise in Total payroll and Subcontractors cost categories at global level. The role responsibility include enabling planning & forecasting for costs, deep analytics and advisory with relevant actionable insights to help drive actions in addition of driving initiatives as outlined by team/finance leadership/customers. Further the role will specifically focus on Total Subcontractor costs, required transactional level analysis and WO/PO review process and required intervention to help manage the cost in aligned to leadership expectations. Work collaboratively with the Market and Service finance/business operations/HR leadership, procurement+ team, Key Functions:-oIndependently manage all activities pertaining to Internal subcontractor cost at global level which involve, WO/PO review and defined interventions, building deep transaction level analytics and sharing actionable insights with leadership.oBuild deep expertise in overall Payroll & Subcontractor cost categories with comprehensive understanding of cost structures enabling swift response to changesoIdentify potential areas of improvement and efficiency gains analyzing entire cost category life cycle.oAssist in ad hoc analysis of costs within scope of team oCollaborate with key stakeholders to ideate and drive forecasting framework for contractor costs and payroll cost categoriesoAdvocate/educate customer in better usage of digital tools to seek specific insights via self service. Regularly seek feedback from users to continually improve digital tools for them to stay relevant to users.oAbility to multitask and flexible to work with different stake holders & time zones. Contribute and assist in overall team wide initiatives.oAwareness of Market condition/ environment for our business to ensure profitable payroll growth. Educational Qualification:MBA with major in Finance or CA/CMA with around 8-10 Years of Experience in Business Finance. What are we looking for? Skills & Work Experience :Must haveExcellent working knowledge of advanced MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skill is a must. Working knowledge of PowerBI, database management skills highly desirable. Must have experience on SAP and BR reporting. Excellent written/Oral communications skillsValue and Outcome driven approach and focus to deliverables / initiativesGood to have:Understanding of Total Payroll and/or subk cost categories, financial reporting framework for Accenture. Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.Ability to work creatively and analytically with focus on problem solvingSkills & Work Experience :Must haveExcellent working knowledge of advanced MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skill is a must. Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.Ability to work creatively and analytically with focus on problem solving Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with Finance specialization
