Performance & Advisory we have multiple towers, collaborating as needed in order to achieve shared outcomes and shared success:P&A Portfolio & Account PerformanceP&A Forecasting & PlanningP&A Profit & Cost CapabilityP&A Revenue & Demand CapabilityAbout The Role ::Responsible of maximizing business performance outcomes by driving actionable data-driven insights and solutions across the Growth Engines portfolios focusing on Growth and driving insights across the portfolio.Be an impactful story teller , help build the quarterly earnings narratives with a focus on whats selling and whats not across the Portfolio by collaborating with the business runners.Analyze and drive actions on data patrol and data integrity for Growth Engines financials. Be a business value creator acting as a primary finance partner & business advisor providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning & driving solutions. Lead collaborations across functions & business to optimize outcomes. Exposure to senior leadership. Manage large complex work effort and innovation mindset.Demonstrate strong business knowledge regarding the services we sell & deliver to our clients Qualification Degree in one of the following fields:Economics / Business Administration / Finance What are we looking for? Skills & Work Experience Confident and comfortable dealing with Finance and non-finance C-suite executive leadership Experience supervising dynamic teams, with focus on developing talent and drive actionable solutions and outcomes Ability to lead and drive in a fast-paced business environment Excellent English verbal and written communications skills Good understanding of Accenture economic model and key Financial Business Outcomes and Financial Systems. Previous experience at FBM, CFM valuated Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environments Innovation and constant learning attitude. Knowledge of agile methodologies Adaptable and flexible Ability to perform under pressure Problem-solving skills Detail orientation Ability to establish strong client relationship Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Master of Business Administration
