Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at Dhruva Space, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day finance operations and market research efforts, providing actionable insights for decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements, and analyzing key financial metrics proficiently. - Assisting with day-to-day finance operations by managing internal and external correspondence effectively. - Utilizing basic analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data. - Participating in discussions, following up on action items as necessary. - Conducting thorough research and analysis on the space industry to generate actionable market intelligence. - Employing various research methodologies, such as market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting. - Synthesizing complex information from multiple sources, presenting findings clearly and concisely, and providing strategic recommendations for decision-making. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Being a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant is advantageous. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling correspondence, drafting reports, and explaining financial information clearly. - High level of integrity, ethical standards, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information, with a commitment to confidentiality. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Proactive attitude and adaptability, embracing new tasks and challenges while effectively handling evolving responsibilities.,
