Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at our company, you will be an essential part of the Operations Team, supporting financial management responsibilities and financial analysis activities for projects to monitor budget and actuals, and minimize financial risks. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining project budget trackers in support of the operations teams. - Responding to internal and external requests for financial/budgeting assistance from Operations. - Monitoring project deliverables closely. - Setting up and driving internal control systems for project finance to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. - Managing budgetary control and cash flow. - Performing financial analysis of projects and portfolio as directed. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal control systems. - Handling management reporting, operations, and Project KPI tracking, including reporting appropriate variances to management. - Coordinating audit statutory, tax, internal, and banking requirements with the Group Finance team. - Reviewing CWIP and capitalizing fixed assets while maintaining adequate documents. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in managing Project Finance Operations for a Manufacturing Project. - Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Finance Function. - Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups and projects execution in a similar industry. - Financial modeling and experience in tracking and monitoring financial risk. - Coordinating audits and experience in management reporting. Preferred qualifications for this position are: - CA or Post Graduate Degree in Business Finance/Accounting. - Good knowledge of SAP and BI. - Experience with MIS and Reporting. Candidates with exposure to FMCG environments and Manufacturing areas will be preferred for this role. Please note that the Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage for this position is 10, indicating a market-based competitive value falling in the middle of the range for your role, reflecting performance at target.,
