Recruitment process will include 3-4 interviews with senior management and 1-2 written exercise to be submitted in the beginning of the process.

We are looking for a smart, fast, and adaptable Finance & Accounting Executive with strong accounting fundamentals and a strong client-facing mindset.

Qualification and Experience :

- CA Inter and M.com with 2-4 years of experience

- CA Qualified with 1-2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Accounting Operations, AP, AR, Payroll, and basic knowledge of Taxation

- Drafting of Client-facing emails, contracts, agreements etc.

- Handle front-end client communication,  and resolve finance/admin queries seamlessly

- Manage day-to-day finance and administrative operations

- Coordinate with internal teams, employees, customers, vendors, and service providers

- Manage multiple clients concurrently and deliver consistent outcomes

- Adapt to evolving, AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency

Key Skills :

- Strong accounting knowledge with basic taxation exposure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in an AI-evolving environment
