We are headquartered in Singapore with a team in Singapore, India and South East Asia. Our team includes experienced CFOs, finance professionals, engineers, CTOs and award winning team members. We are partner for some of the fastest growing start ups in Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. Our team members have worked with many startups in Asia and Europe at various stages and helped them in their growth journey. We are looking for exceptional and strategic individual(s) to grow our finance and accounting services team servicing fast growing start-ups, investors, multinational companies in Asia, Australia, US and Europe. As we head towards our next phase of growth and expansion, he/she will be provided with various opportunities to learn and grow his / her career. This role will work closely with our key partners, clients and other stakeholders in APAC and Europe. This role will involve: Working on client projects related to finance and accounting, taxation, advisory, etc Book-keeping, accounting work for our start-up and multinational clients Tax compliance work for our clients AR/AP, payment processing, work for our clients Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the interaction between client senior management, internal stakeholders to derive value adding solutions for our partners / clients To work as a team to ensure the quality of the team's deliverables are in the line of the client's expectations Support senior members through presentations and written reports Work on other internal and client’s projects aimed towards exponential business growth Qualifications and Skills: Become the “go to person” internally and with clients for any finance and accounting and related projects Minimum 3 years of experience working on finance and accounting or corporate finance projects Superior finance and accounting skills Highly analytical and data driven Good knowledge of working on excel Confident, independent and adaptable to drive end to end client growth Willing to contribute and adapt to the growing needs of our business and our client’s business Problem solver, extremely results-driven and execution-focused, motivated and entrepreneurial Ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency Excellent communication skills in a must both written and verbal – currently our team and our clients are from different nationalities and growing rapidly Your application must contain the following to be considered: · Updated CV · Current salary · Expected salary Availability to join

About the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world projects. • Independently prepares financial models including financial statements projections, budgets, forecasts and consolidation, DCF etc • Independently prepare Annual business plan, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports • Conducts financial analysis including, but not limited to analysis of consolidated financial statements, cost restructuring, business process analysis, valuation or similar adhoc CFO advisory assignments • Prepares timely financial reports, presentations, and other requisite reports as required by the managers for reporting to the Client’s Senior Management (Founders/CEO’s/Shareholders) • Conducts research and gathers data (including but not limited to; industry trends, competitors, market conditions) to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (client and internal) to analyze the financial performance and identify areas for improvement. • Supports the finance and accounting team with the data, analysis and reconciliation, wherever required. • Participates in meetings, training and presentations to gain exposure to corporate finance processes and best practices. Qualifications: • MBA in Finance, Accounting, CFA or related field. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling techniques • Working Knowledge of SAP, Xero, Quick books, MS office, GSuite • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
