Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

(Aligned with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST – U.S. Central Time)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Training Requirement: In-office training for 10–15 working days during regular IST hours

businesses with remote assistance across finance coordination, CRM management, payroll

support, meeting scheduling, and documentation. We operate as an extension of our clients’

internal teams — offering reliable, process-driven execution from India.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Administrative Coordinator to

manage backend operations for a U.S.-based client. This includes handling payments, invoices,

meetings, CRM updates, and internal coordination — all during the night shift aligned to U.S.

Central Time (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST / 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). The ideal candidate is

organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

 Invoicing & Payments

o Generate client/vendor invoices and maintain accurate records

o Initiate bank payments through online portals with maker-level access

 Coordination & Follow-ups

o Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for documentation,

approvals, and updates

o Track pending items and ensure timely follow-through

 Meeting Support

o Schedule meetings between internal teams, clients, and vendors

o Draft and share agendas, document Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up

on action items

 CRM & Data Management

o Update and maintain records in Salesforce or other CRM tools

o Ensure proper tracking and documentation of client interactions

 Payroll & Reporting Assistance

o Coordinate with U.S.-based CPAs for accurate payroll processing using

spreadsheet formats

o Support internal reporting and data consolidation tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

Education:

 Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration

 MBA in Finance or Administration (preferred)

Experience:

 1–3 years in finance, admin, or coordination roles

Skills & Attributes:

 Strong MS Excel and documentation skills

 Experience with online banking and initiating payments

 Effective communication (email and verbal)

 CRM handling (Salesforce preferred)

 Ability to work independently during night shift hours

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
