While invoicing and MIS preparation are handled by senior team members, your work will ensure accurate books, smooth collections, timely payments, and audit readiness.This role offers strong exposure to real-world startup finance operations and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a broader finance or controllership role over time.ResponsibilitiesBooks & accountingAccounts receivable & collectionsAccounts payableBank, wallet & payment reconciliationsCompliance & filingsControls & process disciplineMust-haves1–3 years of experience inFinance / Accounting / Finance OperationsBachelor’s degree inCommerce, Accounting, or FinanceStrong fundamentals in accounting principlesWorking knowledge ofGST, TDS , and basic statutory complianceHands-on experience withExcel / Google SheetsFamiliarity with accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar)High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownershipClear communication skills—comfortable following up on collections and coordinating across teamsNice-to-haveExperience working in aSaaS or tech startupExposure to subscription businesses or recurring revenue modelsFamiliarity with payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay) or billing tools (Chargebee)Interest in improving finance processes and controlsStack @ LimeChatZoho Books
