Finance & Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounting Associate with 2–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will provide transactional and analytical financial support, ensuring accuracy and compliance across accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions and analysis for assigned business areas.
• Prepare and review financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support accounting operations related to Income Tax, VAT, and EMEA/Poland regions.
• Utilize Excel tools, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, for financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver assignments with minimal supervision.
• Maintain flexibility to work in any shift as per business needs.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Finance and Accounting principles

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP mandatory)
• Exposure to

  Income Tax and VAT processes

• Excellent

  communication and analytical skills

• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and meet tight timelines
