Job Description

As a Sales Executive at TradeIndia, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving assigned individual sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. - Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients within the allocated region/segment. - Reaching out to potential customers via cold calling and tele-interactions. - Being adaptable to both tele-sales and field-sales modes as per business needs. - Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions. - Preparing customized proposals and delivering impactful presentations to decision-makers. - Maintaining long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and trust building. - Ensuring professionalism and compliance with the company's sales processes. - Providing accurate updates on sales pipeline, daily calls, client meetings, and closures in reports/CRM. - Gathering competitor insights and market intelligence to strengthen business strategies. - Taking ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Acting as the single point of contact for clients until successful onboarding. - Performing any additional duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
