Job Summary:

The Industrial Leasing Executive will be responsible for leasing industrial and warehouse properties to clients by understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable properties, and facilitating negotiations. The role involves client relationship management, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate lease terms and conditions in coordination with legal and management teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or related field

25 years of experience

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of industrial property markets and warehouse operations preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.

MS Office

Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
